Freejam Ltd is based on the South Coast of the United Kingdom. We are a 100% independent developer and publisher of a number of online video games. Freejam video games include Robocraft 2, Robocraft, Robocraft Infinity, and CardLife, herein known as Freejam games. Freejam games are available via robocraft2.com, robocraftgame.com, robocrafttinfinity.com and cardlifegame.com respectively herein known as Freejam websites. Users playing Freejam games do so online by creating their own personal user accounts via a Freejam account creation system which is accessed via freejam.com and\or freejamgames.com, known herein as Freejam auth.
This Privacy Policy describes the different ways we may collect, use, and share information on, through, or in connection with Freejam games, Freejam websites and Freejam auth.

Why Freejam Collects and Processes Data

Types of Source Data we Collect
Basic Account Data
When setting up an account with Freejam auth, Freejam Ltd may collect your email address if you create an account directly with Freejam. Alternatively, if users choose to create a Freejam auth account by linking authentication from other services (such as Steam or Epic Store) then Freejam does not receive any personal account information from those services and instead only receives a unique identifier which identifies you within those third party services.
Transactional and Payment Data
Freejam collects only a very limited amount of transactional or payment data as we always use third-party services for managing payments for our products and services such as XSOLLA and Steam Wallet. We do store information that allows us to keep a track of the things you own and when and how you purchased them such as the currency used, the price paid, the date and time of purchase, the items you purchased, and a transaction ID. We do not store any details that could compromise your payment security e.g. credit card numbers, expiry dates, or security codes.
Anonymous Data Events
Freejam collects anonymous event data sent from our game clients which allows us to examine in more detail how users who use Freejam products and services interact with them. Freejam does this for the sole purpose of improving its products and services for its users. These events do not contain any information that allows us to identify you individually and are used for general statistical analysis only.
Tracking Data and Cookies
We use "Cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, and similar technologies (e.g. web beacons, pixels, ad tags and device identifiers) to help us analyze how users use our services, as well as to improve the services we are offering, to improve marketing, analytics or website functionality. We strictly enforce prohibitions against cheating, hacking, account stealing, and any other unauthorised or fraudulent activity within Freejam games or services. We use Easy Anti Cheat to help us identify and prevent malicious activity. This service may collect and analyze data about your computer and the software on your computer to detect cheating or the use of cheat software and does this for the sole purpose of preventing cheating. How Long We Store Data
Basic Account Data, and Transactional and Payment Data are stored as long as you have an active account with Freejam auth, or within a Freejam game or service. If you would like us to remove this data you can request we remove it and your account will be deleted completely along with all its associated data via privacy@freejamgames.com.
Analytical Data is stored for the life of the product or service that you use. If you delete your account and associated data the analytical data that you created whilst using our products will remain but will be stored in a totally anonymous way in compliance with GDPR regulations.
Tracking Data and Cookies are only stored locally on your computer and you can control whether they are stored, and for how long, and you can delete them manually using the controls within your browser settings.
Fraud Prevention and Anticheat data is retained for the minimum amount of time required to reliably prevent cheating, hacking and fraud behaviour and for this sole purpose only.
Who Has Access to Data
Freejam Ltd does not sell your personal data. However, we may share or provide access to each of the categories of Personal Data we collect as necessary for the following business purposes:
